Springfield Police C3 and E3 Police Management

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the city of Springfield C3 and E3 police management in low income and downtown neighborhoods”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figures: “$200,000”.
