Heath Fairgrounds Improvements

Ms. Blais of Deerfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, by inserting after "projects" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended by the Heath Agricultural Society for improvements to the Heath Fairgrounds”.
