Ms. Blais of Deerfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0107, in line 2, by inserting after "food" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Stone Soup Cafe, in the city of Greenfield, to provide low to no cost meals to alleviate hunger".
