Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 2810-0122, by adding at the end thereof the following: "; provided further that not less than $175,000 shall be expended for the purpose of tree replanting in Worcester" and in said item by striking out the figures "100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$275,000"
