Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4512-0205 by adding the following:- “; for grants and contracts with substance use programs to provide comprehensive prevention, intervention and recovery services; …provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for Project RIGHT's substance abuse/trauma prevention initiative in the Grove Hall area of Boston."
