Amendment #1143 to H3900

Microlending to Minority and Micro Businesses

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7007-0801, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $1,500,000 shall be for Black, Latino, Indigenous and historically underserved small & micro businesses"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,300,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,000,000".
