Amendment #1164 to H3900

Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the operation of the Gavin Foundation’s behavioral health continuum of substance use care to provide comprehensive treatment for individuals suffering from substance use disorder and other behavioral health challenges" and moves to further amend in said item by striking the figure " $208,154,157 " and inserting in place thereof the figure " $208,254,157".
