Reading Town Forest Management

Representatives Haggerty of Woburn and Jones of North Reading move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2810-0122, by inserting after the word “areas” the following: "provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the Town of Reading for the removal of dead trees by The Reading Department of Public Works and the Town Forest Committee to ensure a healthy and safe Town Forest for visitors" and in said line item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$140,000.”
