Improvements to the O’Brien Ice Rink in Woburn

Mr. Haggerty of Woburn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by inserting after "areas" the following: provided further that no less than $175,000 shall be expended to the Woburn Youth Hockey Association, Inc for capital improvements to the O’Brien Ice Rink" and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$275,000”.
