City of Woburn downtown improvements

Mr. Haggerty of Woburn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by inserting after "programs" the following: ", provided further that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for the City of Woburn to implement the recommendations of the City of Woburn’s report from the Massachusetts Downtown Initiative Local Rapid Recovery Program" and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$200,000”.
