Amendment #118 to H3900

A&F Reserve Extension Amendment

Mr. Donato of Medford moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following section:

“Section XXXX. Chapter 126 of the Acts of 2022 is hereby amended in line item 1599-8909 by inserting after the word “auditor” the following: - “;provided further, that funds in this item shall be made available until June 30, 2024 to be expended as reimbursements to cities and towns administering the March 5, 2024 presidential primary”
