Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 2810-0122 by inserting the following: "provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Harry McDonough Sailing Center, Inc." and moves to further amend in said item by striking the figure "100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "125,000".
