Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0205, in line 2, by inserting after “services” the following: “;provided further that no less than $250,000 shall be expended to Harbor Health Services for a grant program to prevent and treat addiction to opioid and related substances”; and in said item by striking out the figure “100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “350,000”
