Mr. Fernandes of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after "development projects" the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to MVY Radio on Martha’s Vineyard for the purposes of outfitting multipurpose spaces within their facilities”.
