Caribbean Carnivale Celebration

Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-0900, in line 24 by inserting after “environments” the following: "and provided further, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended for the Boston Department of Arts and Culture for the cultural performers at the “50th Annual Caribbean Carnivale Celebration”".
