Amendment #1205 to H3900

Southwick Recreation Center

Mr. Boldyga of Southwick moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following:- “provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Southwick Recreation Center, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, for the exclusive purpose of construction, renovation, and maintenance of the organization's baseball fields."
