Amendment #1217 to H3900

Payments for High Medicaid Hospitals

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves that the bill be amended in section 2 in item 4000-0700 by inserting at the end thereof the following:- "provided further, that section 63 of chapter 260 of the acts of 2020 shall be implemented at not less than $35,000,000 for the annual fiscal year 2024 period";

and further move to amend said item 4000-0700 by striking out the figures " $3,713,166,357" and inserting in place thereof the following figures:- " $3,748,165,357 ";

and further move to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following section:-

"Section XX: Section 76 of chapter 260 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the words “Sections 63 and" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- "Section" and is further amended by striking out the word "are" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “is"
