Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-0100, in line 7, by inserting after “sector” the following: “provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for Year Up to implement workforce development programs that provide job opportunities for young adults.” and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,656,126” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$1,956,126”
