Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-0101, in line 27, by inserting after “wind” the following: “provided further, that not less than $5 million shall be expended for the installation of an industrial-scale, water source heat pump of no less than 20MW by a district energy system servicing the City of Boston and Cambridge, resulting in a dramatic reduction of greenhouse gas emissions for the Commonwealth.” and in said item by striking out the figures “$10,003,414” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$15,003,414”
