Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item, 7010-1193, in line 9, by inserting after “technology” the following: “provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the nonprofit the USS Constitution Museum, Inc. to plan, design, expand, and administer its civics education programs within the Charlestown Navy Shipyard Park for the benefit of residents and visitors.” and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,000,000” and in place thereof the figures “$2,000,000”
