Equity in Clean Energy Jobs

Ms. Barber of Somerville moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-0100, by adding the following: provided further that no less than $500,000 shall be expended for the Northeast Clean Energy Council Institute to develop a clean energy career success roadmap which will provide real time occupational and educational opportunities to underserved populations within the clean energy sector; and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,656,126” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$2,156,126”.
