West Springfield Boys and Girls' Club

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting at the end thereof the following: “provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the West Springfield Boys and Girls Club for the expansion of their early education and care center”.
