Representatives Barber of Somerville, Donato of Medford and Garballey of Arlington move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100 by adding the following: provided further, that not less than $100,000 be provided to create an ecological master plan to evaluate the design and tree plantings in Torbert Macdonald Park in the city of Medford; and in said item by striking out the figures “$102,172,782” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$102,272,782”;
