Caribbean Cultural Center Needs Assessment

Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 0640-0300, in line 27 by inserting after “travel” the following: “and provided further, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended for the Operations Cabinet for the City of Boston for a needs assessment on a Caribbean Cultural Center”.
