Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4510-0110, by inserting at the end thereof the following: “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Public Health Institute of Western Massachusetts to support the 413Cares centralized database of community services in Western Massachusetts”
