Lynnfield Solar Speed Signs

Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting the following:- “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the purchase of solar speed signs to facilitate a traffic and speed reduction plan in the town of Lynnfield”.
