Amendment #1274 to H3900

Brownfields Sunset Extension

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Gifford of Wareham, Barrows of Mansfield and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by adding the following sections:-

“SECTION XX. Subsection (j)(1) of Section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 290, the figure “2023” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “2028”

SECTION XX. Said subsection (j)(1) of Section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 296, the figure “2024” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “2029”

SECTION XX. Section 38Q of chapter 63 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the figure “2023” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “2028”

SECTION XX. Said section 38Q of said chapter 63 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 9, the figure “2024” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “2029"”
