ADA compliance updates to Lancaster community center and Council on Aging

Ms. Kilcoyne of Clinton moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following:- "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the installation of ADA compliance updates to the Town of Lancaster community building and council on aging;"
