Addressing Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Not Receiving Services Through Day Programs

Mr. Garballey of Arlington moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in line item 5920-2025, after line 11, by inserting after the words, “community involvement and participation” the following, “provided further that $5.6 Million at “A rate” community based day supports funding will be expended for those DDS eligible individuals who have not fully returned to the department’s or MassHealth’s and who require 1:1 assistance."; and in said item at end of line 32, by striking out the figures $240,080,258, and inserting in place thereof the figures $245,680,258.
