Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7027-0019, in line 20 by inserting after “programs” the following: "and provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended “Bottom Line” to provide college transition and retention services for low-income or aspiring first-generation college students".
