Representatives Philips of Sharon, Rogers of Norwood, McMurtry of Dedham and Vaughn of Wrentham move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after "projects", the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 be expended to the Town of Walpole for planning and implementation of Walpole's 300th Anniversary Celebration".
