Amendment #1308 to H3900

Brownfields Tax Credit

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill by adding the following sections:

"SECTION XX. Subsection (j)(1) of Section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws is hereby

amended by striking out, in line 2, the figure “2023” and inserting in place thereof the following

figure: “2028”

SECTION XX. Said subsection (j)(1) of Section 6 of chapter 62 is hereby further amended by

striking out, in line 6, the figure “2024” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:

“2029”

SECTION XX. Section 38Q of chapter 63 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out,

in line 2, the figure “2023” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-“2028”

SECTION XX. Said section 38Q of said chapter 63, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by

striking out, in line 6, the figure “2024” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:

“2029”"
