Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0010, by inserting the following: "provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the Beacon Communities Charitable Fund for the Tierney Learning Center;" and moves to further amend said item by striking out the figure "2,618,225" and inserting in place thereof the following figure: "3,118,225".
