Emergency Stabilization Fund for low-income immigrant families in the Framingham Public Schools system

Ms. Sousa of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line 7061-9408, by inserting after the word “contrary” the words “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for an Emergency Stabilization Fund for low-income immigrant families in crisis within the Framingham Public School system with short-term rental assistance, utility payments, transportation, and other services to stave off eviction and prevent homelessness".
