Summer in Shirley

Mr. Sena of Acton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding after “projects” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the town of Shirley to provide reduced-cost or no-cost summer camp for children through the Summer in Shirley program, which provides children with access to arts and crafts, sports and games, swimming, music, and other forms of recreation critical to childhood development”
