Leaping Well Nature Trail

Mr. Carey of Easthampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Town of South Hadley for improvements to parking and accessibility at the Leaping Well Nature Trail".
