Mr. Fernandes of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by inserting after “recreational areas” the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to The Trustees to assess, design, and permit the restoration of salt marsh ecosystems on Martha’s Vineyard”.
