Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4800-0038, by inserting in line 21, after the words "flex services" the following: "provided, that $75,000 shall be expended for Julie's Family Learning Center for programming and services to help women break the cycle of poverty" and in said item by striking the figures "$354,543,909" and inserting in place thereof the following figures "$354,618,909".
