Ms. Meschino of Hull moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. For the University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute to conduct a survey of housing authorities and secondary data analysis with the main goal of identifying ways to more efficiently and with less disruption move Common Housing Application for Massachusetts Programs applicants into stable housing…...... $65,000”
