Ms. Donaghue of Westborough moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0205, in the final line, by inserting after the word “services” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $950,000 shall be expended for the RecoveryWorks program at Massachusetts General Hospital, which is building a community of recovery-oriented systems including participants, families, organizations, and local resources to enhance participants’ long-term recovery as they seek to enter, return, or shift careers in the workforce by (i) offering participants mentorship, individualized career guidance, career-focused workshops, recovery and employment related educational and skill-based groups, and assistance with removing barriers; and (ii) partnering with employers and organizations on education and anti-stigma efforts”
