Amendment #1384 to H3900

MCI-Cedar Junction

Representatives Rogers of Norwood, McMurtry of Dedham, Philips of Sharon and Vaughn of Wrentham move to amend the bill in item 8900-0001 by inserting at the end thereof :-

"provided further, that prior to the sale and disposition of any property owned by the commonwealth and operated by the department at MCI-Cedar Junction, the host municipality shall have the right of first refusal"
