Shellfish Propagation

Representatives Fernandes of Falmouth, Peake of Provincetown, Vieira of Falmouth and Flanagan of Dennis move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2330-0100, by inserting after "Council" the following: "provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for shellfish propagation in Barnstable, Dukes and Nantucket counties to be administered jointly by the director of marine fisheries and the aforementioned counties”.
