Hazardous Waste Storage

Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Section 6 of chapter 21C of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after line 10 in paragraph 2 the following:-

The department shall ensure that no hazardous waste or materials shall be held or stored on property, in a building, trailer or any other means unless fire suppression systems are in place.”
