Amendment #1410 to H3900

Middleton PILOT

Representatives Jones of North Reading and Kerans of Danvers move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Section 13 of chapter 58 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the figure “16”, in line 74, the following words:- ; of all land comprising the North Shore regional 911 center and the Essex county correctional facility in the town of Middleton”
