Mr. Paulino of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0105, by inserting after the word "program" the following: "provided further that no less than $25,000 shall be allocated to The Movement Family, Inc," and by striking out the figures"$ $31,700,001" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$ $31,725,001."
