Amendment #1424 to H3900

Youth At-Risk Programming

Representatives Cahill of Lynn, Armini of Marblehead, Capano of Lynn and Wong of Saugus move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7002-0012, in line 1, by inserting after “areas;” the following: “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the YMCA youth programming in the city of Lynn”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$31,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$31,025,000”.
