Amendment #1428 to H3900

Rapid Flasher Beacons for the City of Chicopee

Ms. Arriaga of Chicopee moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 8000-0313, in line 1, by inserting the following:

"provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the City of Chicopee to improve pedestrian safety in order to mitigate motor vehicle/pedestrian accidents,” and to further amend said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$175,000”.
