Amendment #1429 to H3900

Equipment for Chicopee TV

Ms. Arriaga of Chicopee moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 7006-0071, in line 6, by inserting the following:

"provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the City of Chicopee to replace equipment in order to continue to provide public and community access on the televisions of residents,” and to further amend said item by striking out the figures “$3,307,411” and inserting in place thereof the figures $3,382,411”.
