Tuition Freeze for University of Massachusetts

Mr Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7100-0200, by adding at the end:

"; provided that, tuition and fee rates shall be frozen at the same level as set for each campus in the University of Massachusetts system for the school year 2022-2023."
