Water Transportation Services in Mitigation of Harbor Tunnel renovation project

Mr Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill in Section 2 in item 1595-6369  by adding the following:

";provided that not less than $1,000,000.00 shall be expended for the operation of a water ferry connecting the Town of Winthrop, the City of Lynn, the City of Quincy, East Boston and Boston as mitigation resulting from the renovation of the Boston Harbor Tunnels."
